Each Thursday evening, executive chef Bruce Piatek will feature a three course dinner
based on the best-loved foods of Northern California. Rustic, seasonal ingredients from the
wine country are emphasized and perfectly paired with a glass of white and a glass of red.
Wine Director Scott Gaghan hand selects California wines that are normally only available
by the bottle from our award winning list to compliment the menu.

Our general manager, Lisa Vazquez is battling her second round of chemotherapy followed by another stem cell transplant. Please join us at Moulin to help Lisa with the increased financial costs due to her illness. Our family of Executive Chefs; Bruce Piatek – Eleven Eleven Mississippi, Tony Cole – Moulin and Ivy Magruder – Vin de Set along with Wine Director, Scott Gaghan will create a spectacular food and wine event. $50 per person donation.
